Faculty Profile

Arsala Hashmi is a licensed architect with a vast and in-depth experience of over ten years in the field of architecture and academia. She received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture from UET, Lahore. She has worked in national and international architectural firms with major involvement in planning, designing, and preparing tender drawings of residential, banks, and commercial projects. She is fully conversant with UK design and construction standards and served as Project Architect at a multi-national firm primarily dealing in East London projects with a focus on designing loft spaces, mansard conversions, and giving planning advice to the clients. Recently, she is teaching architecture design with innovative approaches to the conceptualization of spaces. Her recent research focuses on “Exploration of various aspects of Nocturnal Illumination of Buildings”. She holds a diploma in "Digital Photography" from NCA Lahore with expertise in a variety of rendering soft wares.
