Associate Professor of City & Regional Planning with a PhD in Urban Innovation from Yokohama National University (YNU), Japan. Postdoctoral researcher at YNU and former Research Advisor at Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia. His expertise includes transit-oriented development, sustainable urban development, climate-resilient urban growth, public transportation systems, urban mobility and travel behavior, transportation modeling, and GIS- and machine learning-based planning analysis. He has authored 30+ international publications and possesses extensive academic, research, and professional experience at national and international levels.
