Admission Criteria for Bachelors of Building Design & Construction

All applications are evaluated on the basis of merit as determined by their previous academic record and performance in admission test. A general admission test is administered by university.

Duration: 4 Years

Entry Requirements:

  • Minimum 45% marks in the Intermediate with Mathematics, A-Level with Mathematics or equivalent
  • No Third Division in Matric /O-Level

Note: Candidates with Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil, Architecture, Surveying and Construction Management as far as they fulfill the admission requirements as stated for other candidates.

UMT Admission

Selection for Admission based on Qualification of:

  • UMT Entry Test 30%
  • Department’s Aptitude Test 50%
  • Interview 20% 

Minimum Requirements for admission = 50%
